Justice Mukul Mudgal, B.Sc., LL.B.- Born on 4.1.1949. Enrolled as an Advocate on 11.10.1973.Practised in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court in Civil, Criminal, Constitutional and Labour Law.

Appointed as an Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court on 2.3.1998 for a period of two years. Appointed permanent judge on 05.07.1999.
